British Airways plane forced to make emergency landing
A British Airways plane bound for San Francisco, California was forced to make an emergency landing at Shannon Airport in Ireland yesterday.
The plane was a Boeing 747 en route from Heathrow Airport to San Francisco with 347 passengers on board. Flight BA287 left London on its way to the United States but was diverted shortly after take off to Ireland’s Shannon Airport after developing hydraulic problems.
"The flight has already been delayed due to Terminal 5 so it's been a very eventful flight so far”, said a passenger onboard the flight.
