Yeah, good idea, but we looked at something similar about a year ago and, due to our relatively small distribution compared to mags such as Wheels etc, none of the major camera companies were really interested. The only companies who will advertise in a limited distribution (<20,000) aviation magazine in a small market like Australia's are aviation-related businesses.

There are occasional exceptions, but these are usually with magazines which are part of a larger stable and sell advertising 'packages' across multiple publications.

Just to wind this thread up - please email me any further suggestions if you guys have any. Rest assured we continually wrestle with the magazine's final content each month, and a lot of stuff that gets sent to us never appears in print for various reasons.
