VH-OYF will be the next A321-200neo for Jetstar

A320-200's VH-VQJ VH-VQK and VH-VQM all left Australia days apart. I suspect they left the fleet?

Weren't three being transferred to JQ-Asia or JQ-Japan ?

Jetstar need all the capacity they can get, wouldn’t be surprised if they are up for a d check given their age

From the QF Feb 23 announcement:

Two mid-life A320s for Jetstar Asia, to be based in Singapore, following the downsizing of its fleet during COVID to seven aircraft.

He’s saying two left the fleet, not two left in the fleet…

That said it looks like there may be others that have returned to 3K

They got two second-hand ones last year from Scoot, now registered 9V-JSX and 9V-JSY.

XNP ferried to Sin on the 9 may, 3K are finally growing back to a decent fleet along with the aforementioned ex tiger additions.

Tristan S 26th May 2024 09:02 AM

XNI is already back in service with 3K as 9V-JSN (the same rego it wore prior to entering JQ's fleet)

Lauren J 27th May 2024 07:50 AM

Are there any plans for XSJ to go back to Jetstar Asia? Or just these two since they were the covid ones?
