It really was an amazing morning, and time wise a great selection of aircraft and airlines. Thanks to all who attended for making it a very enjoyable morning.

Winner - photo competition
 

Winner for the airfield tour photo competition is Seth Jaworski. His submission was of the GA plane with the front wheel touching down with the reverse thrust cowls deployed (which was the favourite for a lot of you).

Honourable mentions go to Matthew McDonald with the front view of the EK of the B777-300ER and Tim Bowrey with the ZL aircraft including cheeky facial expression from the pilot.

Nice photos guys..good work!

Massive thanks go to Anne & Nigel(SACL) and Kurt and the team who organised this tour and weekend. It was absolutely fantastic, to get out on the airfield(and up the tower!!) and see "the other side" of the fence!! Really hope to do another airside shoot soon!

Great photos everyone and looks like a fun weekend overall.

Good to see photos of PK-GPO. I flew with her just a few weeks ago. :)

Spotting Weekend
 

Just wanted to say a HUGE THANK YOU to Anne, Kurt, Nigel and everyone that made this Event happened!! It was awesome, it was great to be on the other side of the fence for a change! LOL. :). Fantastic experience!!

First of all thanks again to all involved, what an amazing experience. During the tour we saw things we don't normally see even from the airplanes! The dinner and trivia were great too, it was nice to see and meet people after seeing their names on the forum for years (since I joined in 2004!)
