PA31 orbiting over North-west Sydney

Was just wondering if anyone has any info on this aircraft on what its doing/what it is? I heard it just now in the backyard and its still going. Orbiting from North to South for a while now.
From the looks of it it might be doing mapping maybe as it seems to be moving over every orbit?
This screen shot from webtrak and it is on there currently if you want a better look (can't figure out how to make the attachment bigger). I think its been at about 7000ft the whole time.

Thanks in advance.

Google Maps? Might be time to update Sydney.

Just heard Jetstar 27 get told to maintain at 6000 due to Survey aircraft ahead at 7000. So you could be right Fred. Most of the aircraft departing Sydney at the moment are only being given clearance to 6000 until after they've passed the aircraft in question.

I think it might be VH-TSO, they seem to be getting clearance for their last run? TSO is finished flight plan and heading to Bankstown now.

Inbound aircraft are held to 6,000, outbound 5,000.
