Omega inbound Cairns
Morning all,
just a heads up to anyone in the Carins area there are two Omega tankers due in this afternoon. Both the DC-10 (Omega10) and 707 (Omega71). Dragging something along with them no doubt, will be interesting to see what comes through. Cheers |

I hope the brakes are on...that 707 looks like it's going to just slide right off the tarmac.:D
|
They are both enroute to Williamtown as "Omega 71" and "Omega 10" due to land around 1:30pm.
|
Both just landed now, I'll post some pics when I get home, just waiting for the Wedgetail to come in :D
Cheers for the heads up Tim |

Great pics Gareth.

Any idea how long they are in Williamtown for?
|
Richard G on the Jetspotter forum say our Hornets are due into Nellis by the 22nd for Red Flag. I would say they will do some refueling training with our Hornets up until then before takeing them to the states.

Both the 707 and the DC10 were recorded on balus today.
