Proof reading is a wonderful thing....

I thought it would be fun to pick on journalists that never made it past about year 5 at school. I'll start with this one from news.com.au:

He had months and he STILL couldn't retract the gear??

Haha....fully aware of that Andrew and expecting to be flamed but I don't understand why articles don't seem to be proof read these days.:D

It's important to employ proof readers with some domain knowledge of what they are reading.

Probably the most common error I see made, although only small, is Malaysia Airlines being called Malaysian Airlines.
