Alaska to Aquire Hawaiian for $1.9B
Announced an hour ago, companies will operate separately but HA will become part of One world.

All-cash transaction of $18 per share offers attractive premium for Hawaiian Airlines shareholders and is expected to be accretive to Alaska’s earnings within two years post-close with at least $235 million of expected run-rate synergies.
