Anyone has any idea if VH-OEB or VH-VGZ will be coming over to SYD this Sat? Just wanna planning a spotting day this weekend. Thanks in advance. :)

VH-OEB QF0073 17/03/2010 15:33 Qantas B747-48E

VH-OEB went out yesterday on the SYD-SFO flight so it will be back in Sydney tomorrow morning. I suspect it would return to the US again tomorrow so seeing it in Sydney on Saturday appears unlikely.

OEB - Sunday morning in - early afternoon out. Try the trans pacific flights.

It went out yesterday.

Lee,

Nice shots, where did you take those from and with what kit?

Lee G 18th March 2010 09:50 AM

Taken from the old control tower and with a Canon 50D / 100-400mm. Specifically arranged the location for this aircraft but the heat haze was terrible. On this occasion, I may have been better off on the fenceline with a wide angle.

Lovely livery though, it's a shame to lose Oneworld livery on this big jumbo. Thanks Lee
