BA to reintroduce the B777-300 ER to SYD

As of October 31st , BA are to reintroduce the B777-300ER on the BA15/16 from LHR to SYD via SIN . It’s as a result of BA ramping up its LHR- SIN to 2x daily , the BA11/12 operated with B787-9 and terminating in SIN , the BA15/16 continuing through to SYD with the B777-300ER .

Looks like the BA 15/16 has been the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner last couple of days.

Looking at the schedule it appears to be a 787-9 is to operate the flight as from now on .

From Aeroroutes dated 22 July, 2022:

British Airways as of Friday 22JUL22 adjusted service to Australia for Northern Winter 2022/23 season, effective from 30OCT22. During Northern winter season, the airline will operate new 4-class Boeing 777-300ER aircraft on London Heathrow – Singapore – Sydney route, instead of Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner.

It was always the intention that BA operate the B777-300ER during the NW season only, with the B789 to resume in Northern Summer. As David has posted the B777-300ER will again operate BA15/16 during the 2023/24 NW season.
