Free Food and Drinks to Canberra! I would wonder if that is going to be the first move for VA to bring it back as a full service carrier then...
Or it is the SkyWest standard?

Anyways, VA has today announced the introduction of ATR-72 Fleet, including services to Gladstone.

On wiki its got Gladstone operated by Skywest and not Virgin in the destination page. Despite the ATR72s are in VA livery they are on Skywest page and not the page for VA fleet. Which is a bit odd as I thought they were purchased by VA and just wet leased to Skywest for them to manage the new fleet.
