SINGAPORE—Due to complex border restrictions and dismantling costs, Singapore Airlines (SIA) has commenced the parting out of two Airbus A380s and a Boeing 777-200ER locally at the Changi Exhibition Center (CEC), which hosts the Singapore Airshow.
