Possible SeaKing? this morning

Is anyone able to tell me if there was a Seaking or alike flying around this morning at around maybe 750? I was woken up by a loud helicopter and through half open eyes i saw coming from the south heading north-eastish towards Richmond area maybe 2000ft? Considering id only been asleep a few hours i wouldn't take anything i saw with definity but it was very loud and nothing has appeared on webtrak at either 650 or 750?

May have been an MRH-90. They are pretty loud, and it seems they have been doing a bit of travelling of late. A pair transited Tamworth last week.

Just a thought.

Gerard

further to you sighting, found out it was a seahawk coming from HMAS sydney, returned to nowra early in the morning and went back to the ship in the afternoon.

Thank you for the clarification Adam, much appreciated. After so little sleep i was beginning to pass it off as either a hallucination or a pigeon. I was happy with
either.

Actually i just read your description again, it was coming from the south at whatever time it was? Sort of Bankstown way but more in line with the 34L/R departures to the north? If that makes sense?
Cheers
