DJ509 and DJ512 operated by F100
 

hey Guys!

At Gold Coast Airport this morning an Alliance F100 (VH-FKA) Operated Virgin Blue flights DJ509 and DJ512 as Unity 1509 and 1512. I have confirmed this with a friend who works at the Airport but were unable to tell me why this occurred.

If anyone knows why Virgin Blue used a totally different aircraft and Airline please let us know

DJ have chartered this aircraft for one day to provide extra capacity. DJ are changing to a new res and check in system today and all flight are manual check in and manual load control entry. So extra coverage was required in case of delays.
