Only eight of the 21 VX* block are painted in the new roo scheme and were probably done for necessity with any more dependent on how long the oldest B738's will be kept by QANTAS prior to retirement.
Speaking of which, XZA,B,D,E,F,G,H in the XZ block are now fitted with split scimitars with XZI being in BNE since 22 June, so it may emerge from maintenance with them also. VZU,V,W,X,Y have them fitted from the VZ block, a total of 12 out of the 23 to be fitted.

Just checked and it looks like VZV is still in the 2007 livery
