in terms of 'time-saving' I personally love the idea!
I always use a Kiosk or Webcheck, its so simple.
Although from what I have heard from the trials of Self-tag is that a lot of pax have difficulty working out how to attach the tags......
Speaking of Self serve, my local Woolworths has been upgraded and includes 5 Self serve registers, I have on 2 occasions seen all 5 self serves with people at them and a checkout operator at another register twiddling there thumbs, with no customers...
Again I always use them at Woolies as its generally quicker...
