It would be once in a blue moon that a 763 is subbed on the Sydney - Canberra route. I have only seen it a handful of times, 2 of which were to coincide with the Canberra airport open day, so the 767 flew QF787 to Canberra and stayed before returning to Sydney as QF562.

If you wanted a 767 then Melbourne - Canberra routes are the best best. I know they do Mon - Wednesday on QF804 / QF811 and it seems every sunday, they do QF821 / QF822, the last flight to and from Melbourne. Tonight there is a 767 operating, probably to clear the blacklog from Tiger.

Hope this helps. The only other time I have seen a 767 in Canberra on subbed routes is a Brisbane service which was for about 2 weeks and an Adelaide service which was to carry dignitries for a conference.

Alex.
