You seem to have changed your line here a little mate. At first you said "their business plan" and now it is "business model". The plan refered directly to Skybus and model is generic (please re-read all earlier posts). Either way they had a shocking plan and poor research into prospective city pairings as was seen when they changed ideas for 'focus cities' several times and also their pull out of all but one western gateway.
I also repeat my earlier comments that their service was an outrageous disgrace from personal dealings with them, and yes it is possible to receive wonderful service on an LCC.
I am saddened by their demise though as they did have an awesome livery! That's about the only reason though.
