The space is no different to any other seating on the plane, the exit rows and 32 offering more leg room by comparison. 36k is also in front of the galley, so you can expect a disturbed rest if food smells and some noise disturbs you. The seats on the top for economy are considered better options for a number of reasons, you have a personal storage area in the window seat, the cabin is smaller and shares crew with PE so service is better. I think the loo to passenger ratio is also lower, meaning less chance of a queue.
