Yes they should pay the money back... Also noticed another media story the other day about screwing over some teenager because her hand luggage was 500grams over... Yeah, they can have their rules, but they sure don't do much in the way of trying to endear themselves to the market, even after everything thats happened... They ain't no Ryanair, but they do their best to act like it.
