What A Diversion
Singapore Airlines A350 service from Singapore to Melbourne (SQ207) diverted to Sydney this evening due weather, and became the first commercial A350 service to operate into Sydney.
The aircraft touched down on Runway 34L after sunset, and taxied to the Cargo Apron for a quick refuelling stop (1hr 14min). After the long taxi to the Alpha 6 Holding Point, 9V-SMF departed off
Runway 34L for Melbourne again.
This aircraft was also the 10,000th to be delivered by Airbus.
