Basically, you're contravening a Civil Aviation Regulation which carries possible penalties and if you were a passenger on one of my flights and you decided to disregard my directions as the Pilot in Command of the aircraft, then I'd do my best to ensure the full extent of the law was used to penalise you.
Why is it people who think they know better, think they are immune from the law?
