Why is it so busy in the West
I don't know if you have noticed, WA is going gangbusters with a large number of internal flights per day.
Odd, since the rest of Oz is basically shutdown.
The reason, "social distancing".
Most FIFO operators have had to double their flights or put on larger aircraft to meet social distancing rules. This is why QQ ferried several aircraft west over the last few weeks to cope with the new regulations.
