Reading into NASA's web site, it appears that STS-133 should be the last flight of a shuttle, being Endeavour on the 31 May 2010 (or maybe in June). However further in the site they state the US Government passed a bill (NASA Authorization Act 2008) to permit one further payload will be required to the ISS due to a previously canceled operation to deliver the Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer. (which looks for dark and anti-matter)

The other 'last' flights (at this point of time) are:
STS-131: Atlantis due 11 February 2010
STS-132: Discovery due 8 April 2010
