unfortunately the short lived OOL/ZQN/OOL JQ services have now been canned.
Surprisingly, only a few weeks before start of Qld school holidays, there were plenty of Qantas frequent flyer seats on both Fri 16SEP & Mon 19SEP.
Considering Qld school holidays & rugby world cup, amazing there were any seats at all.
Maybe not many schools travelled to Queenstown this SEP school holidays or families turned off by all the RWC hype & CHC earthquake, even though CHC & ZQN airports something like 216 miles apart as crow flies. Maybe people are scared of going anywhere near CHC.
