The director of Honduras' Aeronáutica Civil, René Rodríguez, said on Monday, that the runway had been resurfaced three months ago, adding, that several pilots had complained since, that there was poor braking action on the runway. The management of the airport, Interairports, did not respond to inquiries and requests, he added. The TACA A320 was "in compliance with all requirements to operate", he continued dismissing suspicions the airplane could have been overloaded. René Rodríguez is expected in Washington Tuesday together with the black boxes of the TACA airplane.

There is translation of the ATC communication

Not a bad site avherald.com, they seem to get the details and info.
