I was referring to Jarrad's post

Annette booked the Tuesday and there is no guarantee that Tuesday will be the A380 so nothing can be done for her!
As I said before if I was Jarrad I would push the point with QF and I am sure they will change his flight if there are seats available and/or depending on his status look after him with a voucher or something!
