The ATSB are investigating when unloading VH-QPD on 17th December 2017 ground crew found the flight had been conducted with an incorrect pallet in the hold. Post fight calculations revealed that the aircraft was 875kg heavier thereby putting the aircraft 495kg over the MTOW.
