Reminds me of an Air New Zealand a320 incident in 2007 in Sydney with a similar thing occuring. Maintenance entered coordinates wrong into FMC and pilots didnt notice.

Air Nz pilots seemed to have responded better then this set of Polish crew despite their repeated strange accent to Sydney ATC
