I don't think that would occur - let me rephrase that - I don't think it will be possible when the grand master plan is built ... access to anywhere on the eastern side of the field will be restricted area and not accessable.
Anyone who would be fence hanging on the eastern side would be arrested for being in an SRA by the AFP.
