Fuel emergency protocol
Exceptional circumstances I accept but premature declaration of a fuel emergency potentially takes a slot from someone who really needed it.
I guess the way things were developing it was a distinct possibility and better to be safe than sorry but what do others think? Is there a triage protocol for this kind of situation?
