Highly doubt it would be the 737NGX, as the SDK hasn't been realised, therefore it would be very hard to utilise with the hardware and simulator instructor station etc. I would most likely say it is Project Magenta or Aerosoft Australia (not the FS producer).
Another motion sim available to public is the Worldflight 744 sim
here. Not only is it cheap (Around $200 for 3 hours anywhere you want), but it goes to a good cause with a full donation to the Royal Flying Doctor Service.
