Emirates adds third daily Melbourne service
Emirates has just announced the addition of a third daily service between Melbourne and Dubai, effective from 03 Feb 09.
The move comes on the eve of rival UAE carrier Etihad's move into Melbourne, expected to be announced on Mon morning.
EK Vic sales mgr Dean Cleaver said the third daily flight "will provide much-needed capacity to cater to the increasing demand for our network."
The new service will operate non-stop using a three-class A340-500
