Yes, I guess this leaves only the BNE-SYD leg of QF8 as the only 747 operated domestic flight in Australia.

I know Qantas made the decision based on what is good for business, although in a perfect world it would have been nice if QF replaced a 767 on this run with an A330 instead of removing the 747.

Personally if I need to fly at a certain time of the day, I would prefer Virgin Australia's A332 over a 767 for a flight of that length.


Still, it was fun while it lasted.
