QANTAS schedules daily 787-9s to Santiago from 24 June, 2020.

Qantas Airways today (08AUG19) announced service changes for Sydney – Santiago de Chile, as the airline schedules Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner service from 24JUN20, replacing Boeing 747-400. Subject to Government Approval, overall service will increase from 4 to 7 weekly.

There is also a Media release on the QANTAS site. The flight times for the 789 is the same as the current 744 flights from SCL and only 5 minutes longer from SYD. The EDTO question must have been resolved.
