WA reviews air services

A review of Western Australia's intrastate air services is to be carried out.
The review will examine issues such as route configuration and levels of route protection as part of a wider analysis of market supply and demand for regional air services.

The effectiveness of the current regulatory model will also be assessed.
The review will allow community and industry stakeholders to make submissions on the future of regional air providers.

Those submissions will be collated and analysed by the Department of Planning and Infrastructure, then discussed with key groups from the Government, industry and community at an independently facilitated forum in May.
