Sydney aviation model show may 2010
Sydney Aviation Model Show 1st and 2nd May 2010 Hangar 273 Bankstown Airport This will be our 5th show and we are learning from each and every show that has been run to date. There are a few changes for the next show. Our biggest change is we have moved the show to a larger size venue. The passenger terminal served us well but we were fast out growing it and we have chosen an aircraft hangar at Bankstown Airport for our next show! The hangar will accomodate more stands that will be generally bigger than stands at previous shows. Added extras this time will be the addition of a static aircraft apron for attendees to enjoy as well as an operational aircraft display. This will include some aircraft that will be open to the public and it's all included in the show entry fee. Operational aircraft will be offering joy flights and these include our regular R44 helicopter the Dragonfly Jet, Birddog, Cheiftan and a few more! We also have a classic car collection on display that will include rare porsches, ferraris and others! Kids entertainment will also feature with a jumping castle and face painting free for all attendees. One of Australia's largest airline models will also be on display, a 1/16 scale A330-200 which is almost 4m long!!!
