Default Jetstar & JAL...

Our friends in Japan have decided on a partnership
with Jetstar, does JAL even have $ for this type of thing?

^^ I was wondering the same thing... I wonder what the livery would be on that, half a JQ and the other JL (similar to years ago, when there was a NW/KL DC-10-30)

If you read the ariticle you would see they have asked several Japanese companies to invest in the company. So would say a lot about whether they have the money or not.

If you read the article you will see that they have asked but not secured any money.

Correct, but if you read carefully you will see that JAL has asked OTHER companies for this money, so that infers to me that JAL does not have it, which is what the original question was.
