Default Ethiopian B788 Nose Wheel Collapse

From the Aviation Herald:

A fully loaded B787 ready for departure had a nose wheel warning. An engineer was called and recycled the gear lever without checking if the gear pins were in place. The nose wheel collapsed putting the aircraft on its nose.

The engineer was last seen at Ethiopia's Centrelink office....
