Seems the going from Q200/300 to Q400 is causing a few pains! SYD-WGA-SYD is having its 26 flights reduced to 23 and in some cases 21 from late March.

A spokesperson for Qantas said they are working to minimise disruption as much as possible and are contacting all customers with existing bookings to offer them a number of options, including a refund.
"We're making a significant investment in our turboprop fleet by adding 14 additional Q400 aircraft, which are going to bring better customer experiences, reliability and efficiencies for the regional communities that we serve," the spokesperson said.
"An important part of our fleet transition is training more pilots on the Q400 aircraft, which requires some minor adjustments to our schedule."

So far MEL-WGA-MEL is not affected. I do have two flights in late March.
