Some of the Q400's are already named and these shouldn't change once they're repainted.

NHQ has been painted. It is named 'Karratha'
NHV is in XSP now for repaint.

VZR is scheduled to do QF77 to SIN on Saturday so appears she is off for painting

Why would Qantas be painting VZR when VYF, VYI, VYJ, VYK & VYL are still to be painted & are in the oldest livery still flying? Doesn’t make sense.

We’ve been pondering that same question... but, there’s no 78 scheduled and XZD is on 71, so it definitely looks as though VZR is up for a random repaint!?
