Default ATC Humour

Thought I would share a link to a bit of history captured by the airways museum that you might find of interest.

Most ATC centers have/had a book where moments are captured that were out of the ordinary, and over time it makes for interesting reading. Here is the one from Melbourne in the early 80s

I would be curious to know if the Bankstown book is still around, there was entry which featured a message from Northwest Airlines Operations to Bankstown Tower letting them know an ATC would not be at work the next day because he was headed back to the US after catching the wrong flight, wonder who that was
