I wonder if their 'lack of passengers' has anything to do with their disgraceful customer service??

Lets also look at their business model also in comparison with QF/JQ and DJ yes they are greta if you can nail a $20-$40 fare after that and they are no cheaper than the other airlines, they have a lower checked bag weight of 15kgs before you have to pay, you have to pay to select a seat, you have to pay tot ake a pram or golf clubs or surfboard, look at it that way and their seat cost come upto that of JQ or DJ where you have 20Kg-23kg baggage allowance golf clubs ect are inc as part of that allowance, so their 'market' out side of the $20-$40 cheap fares is limited. |

Atleast you've still got a flight, unlike someone else trying to get to the spotting weekend on Macair! David.M.

I am booked on Tiger from MEL-PER for a quick 3-night trip over Easter for $228 return, including pre-assigned seats both ways, so I will happily forego any customer service as long as they get me there and back safely. Considering they are operating nearly-new A-320s, I think this is a great way to travel.

Their brand new A320 has sat in Melbourne since it was delivered at the John holland hangars.
