Default Rex Saab VH-NRX Prepares For Return To Service

After suffering an in-flight propeller separation back on the 17th March 2017, Regional Express Saab 340B VH-NRX has spent nearly 9 weeks in the Rex Hangar, or on the DOM 5 Apron. At first the aircraft could be seen parked with the one remaining propeller, then no propellers, then one again.

Today VH-NRX had both propellers back on again, and made a short taxi from the Rex Hangar, to the parking Bays outside the Toll Hangar. After the aircraft was shutdown, Engineers continued working on the aircraft, in what looked to be the first steps towards preparing VH-NRX for flight again.
