A Canadian Armed Forces Airbus A310-304 (446) Registration 15001,was in our airspace today. There was no Lat/Long data in the ADS-B transmissions, so not sure where it went to. A very nice looking aircraft.

Just noticed B777-21HLR A6-EWF flying overhead Sydney, and operating UAE449 from Auckland to Dubai direct.

I thought it was interesting that the aircraft was still only at FL280 after 2hrs 41min of fuel burn - I guess they have a heavy fuel load for the 16 hours 22 minutes flight time.

Grahame, no doubt they are step climbing due to the load but I also suspect FL280 is optimal cruise over Australia, as the jet stream is quite significant at FL300 and above. Have a look at the Sydney aerological chart, I suspect it's been a similar story for a few days.

N760CC was in BNE tonight, not sure if she has been here before as a Lineage 1000 but a very nice looking bird. Until last year that rego was a G5 and a regular visitor to OZ.

Rotana Jet Aviation A319 A6-RRJ arrived this afternoon. Currently parked at he new Kilo stand-off apron.
