Definitely not "Polar" skies in Sydney today, as Polar B767-3JHF climbs quickly from Runway 16R - light load today. Nice to see the sun all day for a change.

This evenings Qatar QTR908 service was operated by their One World livery Boeing B777-3DZER A7-BAA, touching down around 5:26pm on Runway 16R

Today in Sydney we saw a charter from Smartwings (Travel Service Airline), with B737-86Q OK-TVW arriving on Runway 34L from Apia. Unfortunately
there was plenty of heat haze, so let's hope Friday's 0910L departure to Darwin is in cooler conditions.

It's always a plus when you see the "Queen Of Cargo", with Cathay's B747-867F B-LJB and the Atlas B747-47UF N409MC.

An unusual movement this morning was an SACL Ute over on Anzac Parade at Maroubra.

Maybe they were out for breakfast, or to pick up a new bag of Runway Grooves from Bunnings.

Probably paying a visit to a construction site to check on a crane operation.

Alliance VH-FKD Fokker 100, heat haze was a bit of an issue.

G650 looks better in the daylight, departed (north) this morning, returned around 12:40 before departing (west) again at 15:00. First visit by N47TR was back in January.

Departing not long after N47TR

Also VH-OYD was listed for sale back in February but seems that the advertisement expired or was sold.
