Just had a report from Mick M, who's a part of the crowd down there today.

He says there's about 30 000+ people there, with the RAAF Hawk, Hercules, Roulettes, Navy Sea King, Sea Hawk, Squirrel and an Iroquois now back on the ground. The Connie has been up, and the Neptune is about to roll as I type.

There are plenty of aircraft on display, as well as historic cars and bikes. The weather has been kind with mid-level cloud allowing all scheduled flying displays to go ahead as planned.

It's great to see such an event being so well patronised. It's a credit to HARS for organising such an event.

Just got back from the event. Was awesome to see all the aircraft and displays. I took a heap of pics which I'll get around to posting tonight.

I don't think the roulettes did their full routine though due to the low cloud conditions

Hey mike

Been watching all the navy aircraft arrive back to nowra. But i'm curious did there happen to be 4 blackhawks there at all.

Had all 4 go over my place in formation this afternoon.

Cheers

Adam

I too was part of this enthusiastic crowd at Albion Park, and loved every minute of it. Plenty of variety happening throughout the day, with an excellent PA commentary keeping everyone up to date as anything moved.
Great to see, AND HEAR Connie, the Neptune and the DC3 do their thing, my first for each!
Hats off to the HARS and fellow organisers for an event well done!
Cheers John
