Default QF Jetconnect to operate B73H

Hi,

As reported on other forums Jetconnect will from early next year begin operating VH registered B73Hs on NZ routes.

The first route will be MEL-WLG-MEL which will begin to see regular B73H services from DEC 8th.

Eventually all Jetconnect B733/B734 will be replaced with VH registered B73Hs which will rotate through Australian domestic, trans tasman, and NZ domestic services.

Good news for Jetconnect and Qantas.

Actually the flights are operated by Qantas until sometime in 2009. The online skeds are showing 'ops by Jetconnect', though this is an error. The flights are in the Short Haul bid books.

Similar errors have occurred in the past with 'ops by Australian' popping up where they shouldn't.

Yes they do.
Any mainline 737 on any route has a short haul cabin crew. There is a mix on 767 and A330 flying depending on internal agreements.
Without asking the way to pick it is that short haul do not have a CSS.
