Default (QF412) Go-Around Rwy 16R 10/8/12 @ 0957

Had a QF Flight go around late on approach. Heard the engines spool up to 100% (at ~200m away) and a fairly substantial climb was performed. Couldn't see much out of the window but did see the QANTAS livery.

FT suggests it is QF82, YPAD > YSSY. Can't see anything else on the map.

I am at Mascot now, the wind is simply amazing. The crews today will earn their money thats for sure.
