Probably fuel Sean, the Dallas flights are load challenged every day and when there is a possibility of a diversion they need to get more fuel. On a long flight the expected weather can change, triggering the requirement for holding or diversion fuel that didn’t exist prior to departure. Often the precursor is an amended TAF, or terminal area forecast, as there currently is at the time of this post, although this one indicates the issue is in hours, not tomorrow morn:
